If revenue has stalled and
you can't see why — here's how I can help.

Research Sprint

I build your story from the inside out.

Research Sprint + Claude Skills

I build your story and the AI tools to scale it.

Customer Research & Strategy

I go outside the building to find out what's broken.

Research Sprint

I build your story from the inside out.

WHO IT'S FOR: Business owners and senior leaders who need clearer positioning and messaging fast. The pitch works when you tell it. It doesn’t work when anyone else does. You need to get the story out of your head and into a form the team can actually use.

HOW I HELP:  A two and a half hour workshop with you and up to two key stakeholders, supported by secondary and competitive research. You leave with a messaging framework, up to two personas, and web copy for three pages. A 60-minute handover workshop is included

INVESTMENT:  €3,500. Six to eight days.

Research Sprint + Claude Skills

I build your story and give your team AI tools to scale it.

WHO IT'S FOR: Teams already using AI for content who know the output doesn’t sound like them. The tool isn’t the problem. The inputs are.

HOW I HELP: I take the Sprint outputs and turns them into Claude skills your team can use immediately — brand voice, content generation, messaging guardrails — built for your business, not downloaded from LinkedIn.

You get everything in the Research Sprint, plus three Claude skills. Includes one round of testing and iteration, guidance on updating the skills, and a 60-minute handover workshop.

INVESTMENT: €5,000. Eight to ten days.

Customer Research & Strategy

I go outside the building to find out what’s broken.

WHO IT'S FOR: Founders and senior leaders dealing with a revenue problem they can’t pin down, entering a new market, or rebuilding a story that has drifted. For when internal assumptions aren’t enough and you need customer evidence.

HOW I HELP: I design and run the research end to end, including customer interviews. What comes back is a foundation the whole business can work from: messaging framework, personas, buyer journey map, web copy, and an interactive AI tool to explore the findings.

INVESTMENT: From €7,500. Most projects run four to six weeks.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS. From €2,500

—  Claude AI Skills Pack (up to five skills)
—  Sales enablement resources

Why is customer research the answer to stalled revenue?

When revenue stalls, most teams do more — more content, more ads, more webinars. AI has made that easier than ever. But producing more of the same thing, faster, rarely fixes the underlying problem.

What's usually going on is more fundamental. The story hasn't been documented. Everyone is working from their own version of it, which means the buyer journey is disjointed and internal decisions take longer than they should.

Research removes the internal bias from that conversation. When you can turn to the actual voice of your customer, competing opinions stop being a deadlock. Teams align. Decisions get made faster. Your AI tools get better inputs and your marketing budget goes further — because you're clear on what you're saying and what you're not.

How long does each project take?

  • Research Sprint: typically six to eight days.
  • Research Sprint + Claude Skills: eight to ten days.
  • Customer Research & Strategy: four to six weeks, depending on scope and customer interview availability.

What’s the difference between the Sprint and the full research project?

The Sprint works from internal knowledge — yours and your team’s. No customer interviews. It’s faster and produces something the team can use immediately.

The full engagement adds the research layer: real customer conversations, external validation, a buyer journey mapped from evidence rather than assumption. The foundation is stronger because it’s built from the outside in.

Why can’t I just do this with AI?

AI reflects back what you give it. Feed it your website, a few competitor pages, and some internal assumptions and you get output that’s polished, structured, and forgettable — because it could describe any company in the category. The problem isn’t the tool. It’s that the foundation the tool needs doesn’t exist yet. That’s what this work produces.

What does the handover workshop include?

Every engagement ends with a structured workshop — 60 minutes for the Sprint tiers, 90 minutes for the full research project. We go through the outputs together, walk through the key findings and decisions, and agree on immediate next steps. You leave with a clear picture of what you have and how to use it. Nothing gets delivered and left unexplained.

What do I actually get at the end?

Something the whole team can work from immediately: a messaging framework with positioning, value proposition, and the language your customers actually use; personas with enough depth to drive real decisions; and, depending on the engagement, a buyer journey map, web copy, and an interactive artefact the team can explore the research through.

Why can’t I do this myself?

You can run research internally. Most teams do, at some point. The problem is that the people closest to the product are the worst positioned to ask the questions that surface what’s actually going on. Internal research tends to confirm what the team already believes. The value of coming from outside isn’t methodology — it’s the questions nobody inside the building thinks to ask.

What do you mean by an interactive Claude artefact?

The Customer Research & Strategy engagement includes a research explorer built in Claude — a navigable interface where your team can explore the findings by theme, by persona, or by stage of the buyer journey. It’s searchable and structured so the insights stay accessible after the project ends, rather than sitting in a document nobody opens.

You can see what this looks like in practice here.

How do I know if it works?

I’ll give you the strongest possible foundation — properly researched, built for your specific business, and handed over in a form your team can use from day one. The handover workshop makes sure you know how to implement it.

What I can’t do is manage the implementation for you. The work holds when there’s someone in the business who owns it, uses it to onboard new people, updates it when the product changes, and holds the team accountable to it. That part is yours.
