With 14 years in agency and in-house roles, I know how to deliver research that fits the realities of client work — clear, credible, and easy to use. I’ve led customer interviews, brand workshops, and strategic planning across industries from logistics and healthcare to SaaS and retail.
What sets my approach apart is my background beyond marketing:
