





What I Delivered
At H+A, my role spanned brand strategy, customer research, content development, and full-service campaign delivery across sectors including logistics, healthcare, food and drink, manufacturing, and retail. My focus was always the same: uncover the right insights, and turn them into meaningful direction.
That meant:
- Running interviews and internal workshops to align teams and clarify positioning.
- Leading strategic research to inform rebrands and commercial pivots.
- Creating insight-driven messaging frameworks and brand plans.
- Collaborating with in-house creative teams and external partners to bring it all to life.
Working agency-side gave me the ability to manage multiple moving parts — strategic thinking, creative execution, client relationships — and taught me how to make research both practical and powerful in a commercial setting.
It’s also why I work so well with consultants and agencies today: I understand the pressure and the pace.
Standout Projects
- PalletXpress: A full rebrand built on deep audience research, competitor analysis, and internal stakeholder interviews — followed by a new brand identity and website.
- Baron’s Self-Storage: Worked closely with the client to define their brand strategy, including a research-led platform and 12-month marketing plan grounded in real customer insight.
- VEON (formerly FEL): Managed the rebrand from Forestry Enterprises Ltd, covering brand direction, messaging, website content, and print collateral.
