What does the process look like?

Everything starts with a scoping conversation to understand your goals, priorities, timelines, and internal capacity. From there, we agree a structure that fits the work required.

How is scope agreed?

You get a written scope — what's included, what the focus will be, what success looks like — before you commit. Reviewed every quarter so it stays current as priorities shift.

How do we work together?

 Typically remotely, though I'm happy to meet in person at the start of the engagement and midway through if that's useful. You'll have a project tracker, a weekly status update, monthly reports, and catch-up calls as needed. It's collaborative and iterative — the work responds to what your business needs, not a fixed plan that can't move.
