Planning and delivering the project
As the project lead, I developed and implemented a comprehensive brand repositioning strategy to address SocialTalent's challenges and define their market presence. The strategy focused on five key areas:Research & Analysis
Conducted internal interviews and desk research to understand current brand perception and competitive landscape.
Positioning
Used industry best practices to create a robust positioning framework, including:
- Collaborating with the CEO on core mission and vision
- Creating detailed customer value maps
- Identifying ideal customer profiles and pain points
- Articulating competitive differentiators.
Messaging & Communication
- Developed a clear messaging framework, including mission, target buyers, pain points, differentiators, and key messages.
- Created "messaging cheat sheets" for consistent communication.
Sales Enablement
Delivered workshops to equip the sales team with new messaging tools and techniques.
Brand Refresh & Website Overhaul
Led a website redesign project, incorporating a brand refresh to recapture SocialTalent's "disruptive roots".
