Free alignment assessment

You're telling three different stories about your business.

Sales tells it one way, marketing another, and leadership assumes a third version entirely.

One call finds out where they split and identifies three steps you can take to get everyone on the same page.

Sales Alignment Assessment

This is the sound of misalignment

Sales tells it one way. Marketing tells it another. Leadership assumes a third. None of that shows up as one obvious problem.

It shows up as deals lost for reasons nobody can quite name, decisions about growth made on a foundation nobody's checked in years, and hours spent getting everyone back on the same page before the real work can even start.

How the call works

Running a business at pace doesn't leave room to trace where the story split from what's actually happening on the ground. This call does it in forty-five minutes: what's misaligned, why, and three actions to get sales, marketing, and leadership telling the same story.

01. You talk, I listen: I'll ask how you introduce the business today, then follow wherever that answer leads.
02. We find the split: We follow one real, recent moment where the story didn't land: a pitch, a call, a deal, until we find the actual gap underneath the surface explanations.
03. You leave with a plan: Your three biggest opportunities, laid out as a simple 30-day plan you can start on right away.

Sales Alignment Assessment

Most revenue problems are alignment problems, and yours might be splitting somewhere you haven't spotted yet.

FAQs

What to know before you book

What do I get out of the call?

Three concrete actions to get sales, marketing, and leadership telling the same story. Useful whether or not we ever work together afterwards.

Why can't I do this with AI or an online survey?

A form or AI tool only ever answers the questions you thought to ask. On a call, I'll ask the ones you didn't expect, follow somewhere you weren't planning to go, and push on the parts you'd rather skim past. That's usually where the real answer is.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No prep needed. If you don't have a clear example ready, that's fine too; we'll find a real moment together once we start talking.

Can I invite someone else onto the call?

It works best kept small and focused given the time, but bringing someone from your team along is fine if their input matters here.

Is it really free?

It's free. My goal is to help you solve a problem that's slowing your business down. That's it.

What happens if I want to keep working with you afterwards?

We'll talk through what you need in more detail and, if it makes sense, scope a project around the problem you want to solve.
